As Sales Manager at The Central, Folina works as part of the team to deliver an accessible and quality gallery experience. She is involved in the day-to-day running of the gallery with a particular focus on creating genuine connections with customers and art collectors. Folina grew up and was educated in Ōtautahi Christchurch, graduating from Ara Institute of Canterbury with a Master of Creative Practice in 2021. She was a finalist in the 2022 Parkin Drawing Prize, and the 2021 NZ Printmaking & Painting Awards , and has exhibited at Chambers Gallery, PG Gallery 192, and CoCA. When she's not at the gallery, among other things, Folina enjoys writing, playing, and recording her own music, and walking around the river in her neighbourhood.
